What’s inside my travel toiletry bag

Hello my beauties, today I wanted to share a little insight in to my toiletry bag and what I use when I am staying away from home. Let me know in the comments below if you have any storage hacks and what your essential cannot travel without items are!

When packing, I love to compartmentalise everything in my case by sections so there is a bag for my toiletries, makeup and shoes. then towards the end of the trip there will be an additional bag for dirty laundry. This is what I do for travelling within the country so if you are going to use any of my tips abroad please make sure they are airline friendly.

The bag I tend to use is one by Ted Baker since it is robust and large enough to carry everything comfortably without becoming too bulky or lose it’s shape.

This is what I take with me as body care, as part of my treatment I get 3 60ml bottles per month so when I finish my medication I will properly rinse out the bottle and repurpose it for travelling around with. As in the picture, I have one for Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower gel – an alternative to these bottles are the travel sets which Primark do for £1 they are so good considering the price you pay for them.

The toothbrush is one that I always keep and then at the last minute I will pack my toothpaste or rely on my sweet boyfriend to have some!

Then finally, the perfume I always travel with is a 25ml bottle of Angel by Theirry Mugler, it is my absolute favourite perfume in the world and to make sure the scent lasts even longer I make sure to apply the accompanying body lotion.

Moving on to hair care, as well as packing my treatment I also like to pack a little can of hairspray to tame my overgrown fringe, some volume powder and a heat protection. At the moment I am trying to finish up the Ultimate Blends Sleek Perfector which has lasted me a good few years!
Schwarzkopf Got2b Powder’ful Volumising Styling Powder 10G
L’Oreal Elnett Precious Argan Oil Hairspray 75ml
Garnier Ultimate Blends Coconut Hair Oil for Frizzy Hair 150 ml

Finally, I try my best to stick to a good skin routine while I am away because we all know acne just waits until you go on holiday! In addition to the flatlay, I also pack some cotton rounds for the micellar water. Since I have (and love) my Magnitone London BareFaced 2 Vibra Sonic Face Cleansing Brush there is no need to pack makeup remover wipes which is a win win for space saving, the environment and my bank balance!
Magnitone London BareFaced 2 Vibra Sonic Face Cleansing and Massaging Brush – Rechargeable Electric Facial Brush, Pink
PIXI Rose Tonic 100ML *GIFTED
Advanced Night by Estee Lauder Micro Cleansing Foam 100ml
Benefit Cosmetics- Total Moisture Facial Cream 1.7 oz
Garnier Mini Micellar and BB Cream Gift Set

In addition to this collection, I also have some foam earplugs in case the phantom tooth grinder appears in the night (so annoying!), supplies for that time of the month and makeup if I am trying to be space savvy.

I hope you liked this little insight and don’t forget to comment with what you like to carry around and any tips you may have!
